Meeting guidelines
Let's have fun, respect the speaker and the members!
- Meetings start at 7:30pm
- Club business is followed by a planned talk or event. At the end of the meeting the Horticulture and Breeder auctions take place.
- Respect the speaker
and the other meeting attendees
- People of all ages are
encouraged to attend, but:
- Children must
be attended to at all times during meetings or special events – no child
can be unsupervised
- Social or side
conversations need to be conducted in the hallway outside the meeting room
during meeting business
- We are guests in these facilities, respect the property of our hosts
- If you break something, please bring it to our attention
